Today I was telling my kids that I was going to pretend to be their parent so they could practice their performance for the parents' luncheon. I said "Mrs. K and I aren't parents, but we'll pretend to be right now." One of my cherubs responded with "Well, Mrs. K really is a parent, because she has a husband!"
